I have lived in the Northwestern part of town for several years, and have been noticing for some time now that our neighborhood has really been neglected by the city in a few respects.
The first a most annoying problem is that our animal control department can't or will not enforce our animal control ordnances. There are still several dogs and cats roaming our streets loose. it doesn't do any good to continuously warn people if our ordinances are not enforced.
The second concern is that the code enforcement in this particular part of town seems to have been completely neglected. We should have to constantly complain about particular situations when its as plain as the noise on our face.
And what about the so called Pit Bull Dog ordnance, is there an ordinance or not?
Also, as soon as we get a brand new black top street, it won't be long before the water department comes along and has to repair a water main. What's the use of tax money being spent on new streets if it's just going to be torn up in a sort time?
