Subject: Craig Plant article - Daily Oklahoman

I read the article in the Daily Oklahoman about the Mt. Fork River and the Craig Plant. It struck me as odd that the ODEQ has said that there is not a current problem with the discharge from the Craig Plant, but Mr. Hodgson could only say that he didn't believe them. Has Mr. Hodgson ever taken a sample of the water from the Mt. Fork River and had it tested? And if he has, what was the result? Was this information presented to the ODEQ before the discharge permit was issued?

If the Hodgson's have not had the water independently tested, doesn't it make sense that this would be a logical first step. If the water from the Mt. Fork is polluted and can be confirmed by an independent testing source, I think the Hodgson's would have a much stronger argument.

I also want to apologize for misspelling "Hodgson". It was not done on purpose.
