I'm a little confussed about the news that Idabel is receiving an award for the water treatment system.
If the water treatment in Idabel is and has been so great, then why did I get a letter in the mail a couple of weeks ago saying that the water treatment system violated the water treatment standards over the past year?Moderated By: bruce@mccurtain.com
