I want to know what is going on with the so called investigation of the
potential misuse of the airport funds.
Is it still going on or is that a dead issue as a lot of the local issues that
have been swept under the rug?

That's a subject I haven't heard much about. Don't suppose you will heard much if there is still an active investigation.
Isn't amazing how some thing kind of get swept under the rug, so to speak.

As we carried in the newspaper, the FBI recently returned the records they had seized about that. The FBI didn't specifically say so, but city officials believe that means the investigation is over.

If
the investigation is over, then the story that there was money that was
suppose to be used on the new airport and that it was unaccounted for must
not have been true.
How in the world does a story or allegation like that ever get started?
How can we get access to the investigation results? Doesn't that fall under
the Freedom Of Information Act?
