I am convinced that the driving skills of an awfully lot of drivers on the
streets of Idabel are getting worse.
I also think that there are a lot of drivers here that should take a
driving class or have there licenses revoked.
I'm pretty sure the drivers manual concerning traffic lights still states
that the amber light means slow and prepare to stop. That is unless
your vehicle is already in the intersection when the light turns amber.
On any given day, one could stand at any of the traffic light controlled
intersections and witness people clearly running red lights.

You don't suppose that the revenue from traffic tickets would have anything to do with it do you?
