Mrs. Hogdson seems to be missing the point. William Ruckelhaus has not been EPS director since April of 1973. If she really has proof of pollution from the Craig plant she needs to contact the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quailty or the EPA. I would assume that she or her husband has already done this without success. If both of these agencies have said that there is not a problem, why should we believe you. Or do you think that Weyerhaeuser is so powerful that they can control state and federal agencies?
I am not about name calling, but I also believe that you need proof before you make accussations. You and your husband seem to want to make your case in the court of public opinion when you should be making it to a state or federal agency. Moderated By: bruce@mccurtain.com

I hope Mr. Peanut knows how to research the internet. He states that Mr Muckelhaus hasn't been the EPA Director since 1973. Actually the record shows that he was the EPA Director again in 1983-85 when he took the Weyerhaeuser Craig Plant off the "Super Fund Site" list. He was the 1st EPA Director and the 3rd EPA Dirctor. He was the Senior VP for Weyerhaeuser in between. Looks like a confict of interest to me. As a mater a fact, there was a congressional hearing concerning this. Peanut, put the "Pea" back in front of the "Nut" and do your research. We never say or print anything that can't be proven. We worked six months on this project eight to ten hours aday for six months. We are not through yet. We have just started to fight.
